I think it's funny and true that some reading my words would have to Google what Y2K means, and yet they accuse me of not understanding bitcoin!!
Sorry to say, i fully understand Bitcoin. It's really not that complicated. At the end of the day bitcoin is just a digital ledger fashioned around the principals of gold.
Yes, the blockchain technology is very good, and is used outside of bitcoin in other applications.
Most bitcoin holders seem to think that if you don't hold bitcoin then you don't understand it.
personally I find that condescending.
When Bitcoin finally tanks it will be something that you didn't see coming, that is the difference between Bitcoin and gold, gold is 101% indestructible.
You think Bitcoin is indestructible, i get that, I fully understand the reasons why you think that, but one day you'll understand, you do not expose your capital to something that can go to zero over night.
Younger people pay a higher insurance premium
Because they lack experience, and they tend to be more aggressive when it comes to investing.
Wisdom and experience is born from being young and making many mistakes.
There is a very strong chance that you are making a mistake, you just don't know it yet.
That's all I'm trying to say, it's not being snide or smug, it's just good advice.
But the problem with being young is we know everything, and older people just don't understand it
