Also as the ENTIRE MARKET knows the votes that were publish by UNITH (see below) Mr Blake had no other choice than to resign on morning of the General Meeting as he would have been provided with copy of the votes prior to the meeting
Looked pretty grim for him on the morning of the Meeting I would have thought.
