Sorry for the tardiness in responding.Yes I did read your earlier post (which was when I fell out of my gumtree) and the subsequentresponses, which, if you read them, fleshed out a fair bit of detail - eg which newsletter, buy up to price etc, your original post being the catalyst. The essence of the threads thus became that there was a strong reco out, from a "tipster" who does good research and has a good track record. That's enough for some, whether they need their heads read or not.

We're all by turns predators and prey in this crazy, but fascinating game. My major reason for trawling through HC posts, the dross and the quality, is to pick up on little gems such as yours last night, and then follow them through - they've led to some of my best trades. Whether that makes me a bottom feeding jackal or a smart arse, I neither know nor care. I'm sure many other Hot Copper sleuths do the same. My point was last night, and considering we are both, in a sense colleagues, being PRR holders and ASCI subscribers, Why give your "edge" away for free when you've parted with good,cold,hard foldables to get what at least, to a degree, is privileged information.

In point of fact, Kris Sayce's excellent article provided no new information that hasn't been freely available to diligent researchers over recent months through ann's and on co website, the only omission being recent board appointments, which may or may not add weight to the overall story. As always, the presentation was in Sayce's usual cogent, coherent, persuasive style, with due respect to risk and potential downside.

As to whether this "news", ie that there was a tip out,added any momentum to this am's delightful price action, I would agree, is a very moot point.. The point is, that with other stocks and at other times, it could.I'm sure the majority of ASCI subscribers would agree.My quibble was about timing. However, once again we've seen the power of the quality newsletter and maybe I'm quibbling from a dog in the manger attitude.

Anyway, the apology is appreciated and I hope that trans Tasman relations have not been damaged. Tubby
