Aussie you can do an off market transfer of your shares at 0.001 to a PTY LTD company you own which would count as a CGT event and you can use those tax losses, you could have done this at any point in time and do not have to wait for the company to fold.

Secondly they have some irons in the fire and are working on getting a funding/royalty licensing deal across the line. Not many shareholders know this but MT and Nick really knee capped the company with the fall out from Kronos and the banning of their mineral sands progress due to the agreement they made so Kronos does not take them to court. The ban ended end of last year and now we can finally move forward (thanks MT for once again a job well done screwing this company into the ground)

The company is still very much alive and hopefully in the next month or so some positive communication is sent out to everyone with a decent well needed update!
