Also, CXZ hold an investment portfolio which I've seen mentioned in reports previously. Does anyone know what this actually consists of and the underlying performance they've achieved on this?

In the quarterly it said they won't do buybacks, dividends etc. until their projected internal growth initiatives (whatever that means) are fully funded. So I'll assume that has been achieved on the next buy back announcement.
