If PER had a partner lined up, why did Gil Price (in a recent video) mention that they were planning to take the upcoming results to the JP Morgan healthcare conference next January ? That's where you would normally troll for potential partners, as they did earlier this year.
My view is that nothing is lined up at all, but potential partners will surface if the results are good (as expected).
