Northwest Energy NWE announced a trading halt this afternoon during a strong rise in share price due to a confirmation on drilling. Considering the company shares the same office as PCL & some of the management team as well as shareholders. This may well be worth watching & give some insight as what to expect when our drilling is announced. If the CR is offered to SI's or II's only or across the board are some of the questions being asked on NWE posts. The direction taken by management during NWE's CR & its result may or may not influence the way they handle any PCL CR.
