SPX will have a good quarter, if the staff costs end up rising also and SPX isn't CF+, it meadns the company opted to be measured on Value rather than chasing profits, most tech companies that go for Value look like they are losing money while increasing their value.

Once a Company starts focusing on revenue instead of growth to value then high level of ROI, it's never enough and investors always want more, it's better to make a lot of money all at once than making little money day by day
