Actually, if you trawl back to announcements from 2009 by ROY/MGT you could find the same statements from management.

the fact is there has not been a single binding offtake, and current management don't even visit the site. That should be a red flag for anyone.

hmmm 2012 was the last time management actually visited the site. Yup that's right
