You're absolutely right that Flutter isn't the end game. So it's a fair point, why aren't they doing it now? I think the company has a very good reason for this. I believe that their approach is to demonstrate it works with Flutter (as they've done by getting Europe approval and with USA approval now underway). Flutter is like the "entry level indication" (patient problem) here - not the end game and as you say a minor concern that isn't hard to correct. From this point, they'll go for VT (Ventricular Tachycardia) approval and then in a few years, Atrial Fibrillation. It's especially with VT that the benefit of MRI should become clear as that is a really long and complex procedure where improved visualisation may dramatically improve accuracy and patient outcomes.

What excites me is also that in theory their technology isn't specific to ablations. Why can't they develop devices that help neuro or oncological surgeons with biopsies, or other kinds of surgeries. Again that's blue sky thinking, but the real near term catalyst is to see if Imricor's equipment can successfully be used in the first ever MRI guided VT ablation surgery in Amsterdam in coming months. That's something that would have been decades in the making.

Obviously this isn't "advice" as such, it's just my personal views and you always need to do your own work, but my understanding based on reading the filings and the company's webcasts, which are available on their website. I would take a look at their investor presentations too because they seem to do a reasonable job at showing people where they want to take the approvals / the rollout. I hope this is useful, and please correct me if my thinking looks wrong!
