Does the current board believe it’s wise to start discussing the declining share prices of other companies linked to the bidders, especially considering HLX's consistent downward trend since 2021? (see the ski slope)

It’s concerning how few shares the current board holds — they clearly have little skin in the game. While the bidders’ intentions remain unclear and their statements have been underwhelming, at least they’ve shown the resolve to acquire 16% of the company.
