- no to both David's performances shares for me. thats 2 cr's now without a hint of a pump. actually the opposite. both had (IMO) the sp held down prior to the trading halt. long term s/holders have had their holdings massively diluted with the sp dropping as well. thats not a criteria for being awarded bonus shares. been plenty of pleas to management but have fallen on deaf ears in regards to marketing to the general market.
the others resolutions are to be decided. I still hold to the fundamentals the company has achieved
- the 2nd is the timing. why 2 weeks before the agm? it's been said last night that there were many no votes to the resolutions already casted. I'm sure today there is many many more. why not in 3 weeks with the resolutions already voted on?
management are full of competent people and couldn't be this blind in reading the room to believe there wouldn't be pushback. so why did they rush it thru? why did they need the money so quickly? it doesn't make sense to me. still a couple of weeks for them to announce something. if not there will be more no's from me...
