CGT, even the UNS 'faithful' that I know, are disappointed with the share price, and even the CR and SPP.

But taken in context, our company's current position in the market is one of an emerging Biotech, in an unforgiving environment, in the imploding US economy, with giant competitors (BD, Terumo etc).

But we also have the backing of the US and Pennsylvania Governments. And Incorporation in the State of Delaware.

Why would they want to Incorporate in Delaware?

To prevent attacks from circling predators such as BD etc, who would see Unilife as a threat, considering that BD are currently the main supplier to S-A.

Delaware is a safe haven for companies wanting to prevent hostile takeovers.

And still the doubters doubt, as they are free to do.
