    I just wish they would really say what is going on over in Vietnam. Looks to me that this has been shelved til either a partner is found or until somehow BSX comes up with the cash to build their own refinery.
    To me all I see is that currently, Vietnam will have no more spent on it.
    Will Manitoba be able to be turned on and be profitable in the current market?

    Who knows.
