We were talking to a neighbour who had to spend a few months in Rockhampton helping family. He started buying his meat at a small butcher shop down the road. After a few weeks he said to the owner this meat is great. Where do bring it in from. The fellow said that he has his own small killing facility where he does 6 purebred Brahmans every week. He keeps them around the place, keeps them kindly and walks them up to be slaughtered. No stress. Everything goes through his shop.
