Neptune does not need 80m from shareholders to keep afloat. Its the same as you telling your mum to pay out your whole mortgage (two times over) because you are behind in one payment and you like spending your money on other things.

Neptune currently has annual revenue of 180m. They spend it all??? So why not cut back on the workforce or operations if they have nothing to do? -> Refinance, restructure, consolidate.
