Our elected Federal government have publicly stated there intention against Pep11, and to deny the permit because they can, and the probable angle is environmental concerns, and they know they can win a zillion votes by enforcing same in the northern beaches in the 2025 Federal election, so obviously they will and they have informed the market of Same regarding Pep11 Inc just as Scomo did in 2021/22.
