IMO, the simple answer is the most accurate......that is.... AF's Tenmile sees potential in the company.
IMO, he took a pretty decent sized position as an investment, not as a short term trade. An investment sometimes takes a little time to play out.
IMO, before that investment was made, AF's Tenmile would have done their DD, and highly likely would have had direct access to the senior management team.
IMO, and investment from Tenmile does carry some weight in terms of the potential success of LDX.
