Been here as a shareholder for a long time too. I've been expecting BTC to make a run like it is now based on a chart analyst I follow too. Matching the MC to its crypto holdings seems like the right path at this point.
Difficult to see where the actual business goes next. SMS provides most the revenue but is really a side hustle and I don't understand what would make it scale. The BTXX ETF has a $2m market cap so I doubt management fees are much. Fractional ownership of real world assets has been cycling around since forever and it's bluntly already possible today without using blockchain.
If this thing was to get back to core business it would focus on crypto treasury mgt and growing its FUM, notably now the crypto sector is firing up with the promise of light touch regulation in the US next year. I'm going to see what the management provides at the Microcap conference this month. Without a firm new strategy though I agree it's time to part company at a fair price.
