    From article on front page of the Australian today both the WA and Federal Government are getting ready for their forthcoming elections in the new year as voter sentiment starting to drop, OOB’s proposed Kwinana nickel/cobalt refinery will be being factored in by PR unit to help sway voters intentions in the lead up IMO
