Assuming we have $1bn in cash, that's approximately $1.38 in cash for every share.
I'm still baffled as to why they would need to keep that much on hand, when NPAT is topping that up each year by around $175m.
What is their envelope for acquisitions? I'm sure it's nowhere near $1bn. Without any announcements or future plans, it's time for some distribution.
