Disagree , a company of that standing would 1. sign the agreement with very little problem subject to raising funds by a date. They are smart enough to know if that they want an extra amount in the bank give the company the best chance to raise it under favourable terms . or 2. sign the agreement subject to funds and a confidentiality clause to allow a placement at a reasonable price to someone behind the wall ie at least market close SP , with a follow up disclosure and retail investment.
No matter how you dress it up if this is to find a fabulous deal it’s to cheap or just simply dumb ( except for those in the know )
