No one should even entertain the concept of raising anything at all !!!!!
we had a $3 raise that did not go fully to were it was supposed to then we had a $.75 raise that was completed over 6 months ago and still don't know who the hell it's funding to do our AML trial and we are in the money of the piggyback options that will fund P2 trials.
Let's actually use the money we gave them to do what its intended for before even considering doing another one.
I don't care if they even found a new molecule 100x better than what we have now.
Let's actually finish something we funded
How greedy are you all you all expecting $100 a share with what we have but let's try something else I thought after P2 trials which the piggy's will fund should get us an offer??? $100 a share not enough ?
Yes more money can speed thing up bla bla if they ask for more cash we just should of stayed with the DCB plan
I thought we abandoned that because of dilution but you thinking of more dilution now ??
Also as each day passes we are getting closer to DCB time frame of getting people in the clinic.
I won't say DCB plan is better than Davisites because we are still in Davisites timeframe but RAC got rid of DCB which who they found and hired because he worked selling drugs to big pharma that was his specialty.
byt now to replace him with a scientist who hired him in the first place and who has never sold anything to big pharma that I'm aware off.
Just saying you can be the smartest person in the room as I believe Davisite is by far but sometimes you need the experience which will trump the smartest person in the room.
Now once we get people into the clinic, I'll be the first one on here to say which plan was better till then let's see and stop talking about raising money let's actually finish something we start without pivoting.
