I agree it's not critical. My point is I don't see why/how the remuneration structure is effective when it is signaling management have done a good job when key metrics have not reflected this. I would argue short term remuneration for REITS also makes no sense given it's what they do through the cycle that matters, but accept remuneration practices are what they are, it's just surprising 99.9% of voting shareholders agreed with rem report. I should also confess I rarely vote at AGMs so am part of the problem, but don't hold GDI.
