My research last night found the company announcements to be rather opaque.
Their prime deposit contains quite a bit of fine flake graphite, which is not suitable for BAM and needs to be separated from the larger flakes, probably why their mine and concentration plant is nearly three times more expensive than ours.
Also, their main BAM facility will only produce uncoated material so any buyer would still need to complete that step before they can use the material in anodes. Also, no mention on what production rate their $10m “demonstration” plant will produce at.
