Engineers are pretty good these day with Ai and all that, a couple of rubber joints or something would do the trick Lol.
I don't know Lady Penny but i'm sure engineers etc would understand everything better than a random person, tech and earthquake proofing techniques and tech would be pretty good these days too, i like the idea of small modular ones the most and if i was gov and was thinking about the peoples energy security in a wise manner i would have some coal plants, some gas plants, Nuclear and house solar that doesn't rip off the consumer, a thorough mix id say is best for energy security and reliability imo.
