many others have the same story (if they have the integrity to honestly look at real facts). SC Lewis is another noted example. Fascinating though that even when intellectually convinced of the reality of Creation such a man cannot actually go all the way and accept the obvious conclusion and accept the Creator Himself! Time will tell, most people like him finally succumb to the acceptance of the whole Truth.
By the way, reality is what it is, we don't have to like it - not that we shouldn't, but our human pride would have us all "design" a different God than the one who truly exists, but at the end of the day, who cares what we think? God is who he is, He reveals a lot (but not all) about Himself to us in the Bible and we just have to make do with that. Of course it is actually a thing of great joy, but we humans will behave like small children in these matters (never really know what's good for us!)
