I wonder whether Cameco will pay Silex for the 26% interest in GLE by cash, equity in Camecco or a combination of cash and equity.
Acquiring our interest in GLE in return for shares in Cameco would leave Cameco with more cash to pay for their increased share of the cost for developing the plant. An equity based acqusition could come sooner than a cash based acquisition.
I'd be interested to hear what others think about that.
