The issue I have and communicated this to Tim is Management have a responsibility to maintain Deadlines otherwise they look incompetent and untrustworthy and it effects the share price. Best not to inform the Market about when you think Projects will be completed and push the dates out further and further
I know of share holders that have sold out believing the FS is held back waiting for the RE prices to increase to make the project more feasible
