Thanks Bigmac. This is the epicenter of the issue. I invested in MEO knowing ALL the fact. I new very well that there was a high risk of gas not being found. I made that decision based on the full facts.
Newie, I have read both the Supreme and Concourt rulings. The first two cases were not nothing court cases. They were turned down on technical reasons.(Eg late lodgment) If there was not case to answer, why was the court order stopping the drilling never lifted.
Do you think AC would have recommended NKP knowing that there was a band on drilling on two of the richest farms. That they were in court fighting not to loose these farms?
