gold is still at record highs even though it’s come down in price. When it was at its all time high the share prices didn’t go up at the rate that they have just fell.
it seems to me that the biggest manipulation to the share price is when the companies who lend their shares want them back or if they continue to lend those shares
you know when it say becoming a major investor or ceasing to be! The amount of shares transferred after the markets closed were to me probably returning of shares that were borrowed!
