    You got me with that one , don't have any counter for that argument.

    I disagree , not sure many would accept your supposition.

    Rams , IT , St George and Austrac , all at times having an effect.
    The question is , what is having an effect now?
    No evidence that anybody bar you , and maybe a few mates from the Fitzroy Branch of the Greens , care at this point about the Austrac.thing.
    Interesting that the past 5 years , WBC's performance , not much different from ANZ and NAB.
    Certainly no evidence that anybody investing in WBC recently cares about the past.

    Anyway , cheerfully sold a quarter of my holdings the big 4 banks [ a bit higher CBA percentage], not because I think they are being managed badly , but I worry the effect that a large orange blob may have on our very trade and Chinacentic economy.
    Those are the sort of things that bank investors need to worry about , ie the present and possible futures.
