    wrong wrong wrong!

Let's get this straight - the Creation model describes natural selection, speciation, rapid variations WITHIN own kinds. This was in fact discovered by a creationist (Darwin used this concept, combined it with his grandad's [Erasmus] ideas and came up with a model for trying to explain how whole new types of animals could appear entirely by "natural" processes (ie no God) despite not actually having any examples, just the idea.

The fact is that natural selection and speciation occur rapidly is also a Creation model basic pillar - it happens much faster (as you correctly point out it has been observed) than evolutionists are comfortable with with their very very long timelines that are needed to make the evolutionary process even wildly remotely possible statistically. Rapid speciation (emphasis - WITHIN their own kinds) is necessary to explain the variation of wildlife since the Flood and is observed in Nature doing just that.

**THIS IS NOT EVOLUTION - please take careful note. No evidence exists (apart from over-excited fairy tales published and later quietly retracted by such publications as National Geograhic) for the arising of totally new animal types from a previous one. This has NOT been seen in our or anyone else's lifetime (only proposed by evolution). I await with breathless anticipation an example of evolution in our lifetime. **

This explains the so-called Precambrian Explosion in the fossil record where all these different things all just "appear" in the record. That's because they did just "appear"!
So, anyway once the ball is rolling the "Laws of Nature" (including Genetics) move on and we see what we see. God didn't design everything to degenerate (read the Book more carefully will you?) but in fact perfect ("He looked at all He had made and said that it was good") but then through Man's rejection of God's Authority we suffered the Fall in which "all creation was cursed" introducing suffering, death etc to all things.

I repeat that we may think a lot of it is "nasty stuff" but it all hangs together if you bother to look at it properly (refer to my previous post on "reality" which mentions "designer religion" too, but not how you mean it)).

Piss on God at your own peril (I wouldn't do it if I were you).

Unless you meant that to be some sort of final, incontrovertable argument that would make me say "Oh you're right. Why didn't I see that before?" and roll over saying to myself quietly "Evolution is a fact. Evolution is a fact. Evolution is a fact......."

PS - thanks for all the convincing supportive evidence you attached to your sweeping generalisations - that really helped me see your point of view
