rather than woofing off somebody else's cliche have a think about it......

this is in west africa.....financing and off takes have been talked about for months (dare I say it years)....people other than committed SDL's will remain sceptical until it actually happens. The majority of these people will not sink big dollars into SDL until this becomes real - untilk then it is just gossip and too much risk. they are risk averse. Almost everyone I talk to that has not followed the story says they won't put anything into an african story until there are commitments. The "buy on rumour" cliche does not apply here to the extent that you are implying....in my view.

and I said all that without trying to be smart and without trying to belittle a genuine comment.
