Relatively small delays like this happen often in business. Particularly when it comes to government processes.
In the broad scheme of things, it really is not a big deal if the waiver arrives in July or January, as long as it arrives (and i am of the opinion that it will arrive).

I actually think that LDX have been relatively good and open with communication. They openly offer to answer ANY reasonable questions from ALL shareholders and even end up charitably answering some silly questions in the process. A lot of other companies these days are not so attentive and open with their shareholders.
Have you ever heard the saying: "they cant see the forest for the trees".? It seems applicable to some on this thread.
