if MB wanted to do a deal with ADO and cash was an issue then an announcement could easily be made that a deal with MB has been reached on the following conditions, captial etc etc
Then have a capital raise with a target of 50mil with Shareholders given the best seat in the raise.
They would be oversubscribed.
