Every director of an ASX company knows the disclosure rules. All pumping is done through a friendly 3rd party often rewarded backhandedly for their trouble and expense.
To think that there is no pumping of stock at strategic times is a bit foolish. Where does the term pump & dump come from.
I can't quarrel with your re-calculated figure. However I am unsure of what the after exercising options price of 51c means. Options are exercised at 78c.
So I think your meaning a price that includes exercised options (pre-exercising). I can't work out how that is useful.
