I think people need to realise that EXT was a baby explorer not too long ago(2 years) and talks of $10 was ludicrous. With 3 years to production they are knocking on the door at close to 9 bucks, having reached $11.40 already. I don't like putting price targets on shares but saying that $1 a share within a few years is out of PEN's league is a little narrow minded.
