I have no interest in seeing NKP go into receivership. My complaint will have no effect on the current situation other than hopefully make these people disclose the full story of what is going on.
In my opinion, there has been a very real attempt to keep these court cases from investors. Some say that the court actions were nothing. Which one. The one that stopped exportation? The second one, where PL is such a good lawyer, that he knew exactly what the judge was going to rule. The last one?
The rules governing disclosure are simple. So investors can make informed decisions. No one here has been given that chance because of the actions of this management.

Why am I after them? Because I had to settle with my X in the middle of this year. Rightly or wrongly, I put a strategy in place with 3 company's with up and coming announcements.
I calculated that NKP had the best up side, not just for the BSF, but because of X. Remember this.

Nkwe Platinum Limited (?Nkwe? or ?the Company?) is now finalising the BFS over the
coming weeks with optimisation of major capital cost items and mine scheduling.

Along AC and the information the company was releasing, I took a big position.
When the announcement did not come, I took it on the chin and paid her leaving me with a small base to start my portfolio from. Now I find out this. There is no way I would have done this if I knew about the court cases.
The money would have been with the other two, which did keep to they time lines. So please don't tell me that it's got nothing to do with me.

Would I being going after them like a bulldog if I was holding.? I'd be after them like a bull dog with rabies!

"IF" the worst happens, there is still plenty of avenues open to you. There is a no brainer disclosure violation here, and plenty of shark lawyers who would love to make some money.

Note 2: This subsection is also a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).

On a P.S note about Blue Nightingale's 30% in NKP.

If Genorah Resources have 25% of NKP and Blue Nightingale have 30%, does this mean the Mr. Pandor has 55% of control from two company's interests in NKP?

    This is just a question.

Mr. Pandor (DSE, University of Botswana) has community development experience spanning more than 20 years and serves on the boards of several mining and industrial companies. Sharif is also chairman of Genorah Resources and a director of Blue Nightingale 709 Trading. Genorah has substantial PGM and chrome interests and Blue Nightingale 709 Trading has significant interests in PGMs and Uranium.
