Why not raise after releasing the results at a significant premium?
We don't know what chess pieces are being moved behind the scenes. What we do know is that AZS's Target 3 has hit good grades and width and they are drilling even closer now to RDN leases. If AZS hits mineralisation all the way to RDN leases, and RDN finds some good economic tonnage, what do you think Gina will do?
In this case, would you have rather drilled most of your best targets to get a better understanding of what you have and therefore give RDN a more realistic value of it's Andover assets. This is what I think Dusko is doing. He knows that if the INITIAL results are great, RDN could be taken over quickly. Remember, Gina didn't wait for AZS's maiden MRE.
That is why I believe Dusko thought.......I need to go all guns blazing. This is the message I got from his announcement on why they raised $10m after the first 5 holes and why they felt the need to swiss cheese Targets 1,2 and 7
