hi Hatrack the APB CVM applies to all NG 737 aircraft the majority of which are 800’s but quite a few 900’s and a small number of 700.
It does not apply to the 200/300/400/500 series or the Max
Yes RA drive a hard bargain but in this case SMN are very unlikely to discount. If RA want the flight hours they need to pay for it.
I doubt RA will get many 737 Max for a year or two, in the interim if we get FAA approval early in 2025 RA potentially have a European summer to get some money back.
