Saving $Millions on next year’s costs by pre-purchasing and delivering next year’s supplies show a company that is on the front foot and prepared to make the hard decisions to spend precious $$ where it is required and beneficial.
The amount of supplies also demonstrates that they will be drilling aggressively again next year, or they have prebought enough for a couple of seasons worth of drilling?
Obviously, the cash burn this year was quite high due to buying and delivering next year’s supplies, next year’s drilling costs could now be considerably lower.
Am intrigued as to whether the new tracked drill rig will replace one of the fly rigs or will be a 4th drill rig for next season.
