    Im convinced this co. is cursed.

    If you read the ann. in detail long standing directors are also leaving.

    For a CEO plus BOD to be refreshed at ramp up is probably the biggest red flag there is. The incoming COO is going to have his/her work cut-out for him/her as they are being handed a poisoned chalice.
