As far as I know lawyers/law firms always make things happen in order to earn legal cost regardless of its case.

Apart from successful or not, they earn money big portion or smal from the case always.

I do not know much about the disputed view point in this case honestly, but I usually think if I lose money in the stockmarket that's my responsibility and my fault. So not much enthusiastic to join the case.

If I join the case, at one stage they want money for cost and then it could highly likely again, they could say "We
need more money." and so on.

I hate nature of law firms behaviour.
Either case they earn money.

At this stage I do not decide what to do.
And I am going to think a bit more as situation goes.

By the way, my area is originally sub-tropical region,
but I think nowdays it looks like has changed to tropical rainforest. Too much rains ruin farmers year's crop totally. I symphathize their stance. And furthermore, it could procrastinate all mining activity IMO.
