The only element of this story that is true, is that CE is under investigation for securities fraud. ASIC have him in their sights and until he goes the stench of his corporate death will permeate thru anything he has touched.
I would think the ASIC visit was gathering information and correspondence from CE, that’s why no company property was taken, it was anything CE had had correspondence with wc8’s board. ASIC will be quite happy to have CE broke and on the streets for the arrogance he has shown in the past.
