No problem, I thought it might be nice for people to have an understanding of the reason why a company like QVT might hold onto convertible notes (I referenced the thread and post but not your name as I had no wish to be tou'd for flaming or posting personal details) and I thought that it was a well written explanation.

I have no anger at all, in fact it is your unhappiness and self apposing viewpoints that I don't understand and that others have expressed being confused by. You did however post to one member that you would be quite happy to explain your unhappiness in private emails.

So I put up an email address you could send that information to, but you have chosen not to (fair enough, you're under no obligation for me or any one else to understand your unhappiness).



As for the questions and answers section of the ongoing conversation.

___1. Did you invest in Sydcomp/Resurgence at 42c?___

No I invested at $1.00 but was happy that the conversion rate was dropped to reflect the share price at the time, although I was the smallest investor in Resurgence, I scraped together what I could at the time to support the company.

___2. If so, did you sell those for a profit?___

No I have not sold any of the shares I have ever acquired in TZL, I am a long term investor in this stock and quite happy with the company and the way it is being run (now), I feel no desire to sell at all.

___3. Were you told that if you didn't convert TZ would go under? ___

No I was not.

___4. Did you take up your rewards rights at 35c? I recall that you said you would as you said that there may be no opportunity to buy in below 35c?___

Yes I did take up my rights issue, double in fact (and if I could have scraped up more for it I would), and I'm happy with my decision.

___5. Did you sell any for a profit?___

Although this is a leading question, I'll answer it directly
No I didn't (nor would I have), I'm not interested in trading TZL shares, I am a long term investor in a company that I think is undervalued and has a bright future ahead of it
