Lance as you have confirmed that you invested in Resurgence/Sydcomp as per your previous post, please check the email which you received on June 17 at 3:34pm from your legal advisor. To paraphrase which I am legally allowed to do:
if happy with proposal, please print out a copy of the "Request for Conversion" and email or fax it. Note that in order for this proposal to be successful, ALL investors need to agree to it.
The bottom line Lance is that even if you wanted your money back, you wouldn't have received it as some investors learned to their dismay when they did ask. It was in the proposal which you signed off on!
