ADO has too many disparate small shareholders on the register hoping to make a quick buck on a penny dreadful, and they need to be purged out.
52% hold less than a marketable parcel, there are no substantial shareholders, even the top 20 barely register a ripple as far as holdings go, no wonder MB wants some assurances it's not a fly by night operation.
