All the indications are pointing to no announcement before the cut off date.
Complete silence from BIT - and the CEO would not be taking time off to cruise around Australia if there were any negotiations going on.
I just can't understand why the company is not trying to get SH on board or excited at the moment.
Longer term, the interest for BIT would be getting the SP up for any impending CR. Recent questioning by the ASX on continuous dislosure rules is not helping either - but it also highlights the communication problem.
The answer may well be that BIT has nothing to pass on to shareholders.
At this stage, option holders have probably worked out that they have done their money - almost impossible now to dump their holdings on market.
BIT's future is looking more parlous as the days go by.
