The short fall of the entitlement offer was 473,797,311 with only 33,742,859 (6.65%) been taken up out of the 507,540,170 offered.
Here is thing you need to ask yourself. Did the entities who took up the shortfall have any idea about the news that landed regarding the ZIP CFO joining announced less than a month later????
Because the existing holders did not and might explain the lack of shares applied for.
Anyway I am sure its just a very lucky coincidence for the these guys and there is no connection here.
